What this website collects

Nothing that we control. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, loads nothing from third-party servers, and has no forms.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may record standard technical server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to operate the service. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

If you email us

When you write to info@empyreus.lt we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and to carry out any work you ask for. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then delete it. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email info@empyreus.lt. You can also complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
